To register and use KIS988 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are aged at least 18 years old or have reached the legal gambling age required in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• You are registering solely for yourself, not on behalf of any other person or business entity.
• You may only hold one (1) active account at KIS988. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.
• You are not located in a country or jurisdiction that prohibits online wagering activities.
• You have not previously been terminated or banned from the KIS988 platform.

KIS988 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of identification cards, bank statements or other supporting documents to verify your account information. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your KIS988 account login credentials, including your username and password. KIS988 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

• You must use a strong and unique password for your KIS988 account.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature provided for added security.
• Notify the KIS988 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

KIS988 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. All activity occurring under your account login is considered your own action unless you have reported a security breach to us.

Any attempt to deposit funds from unauthorized sources or use payment methods not registered in your own name will result in account closure and freezing of the associated funds.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members registering for the first time only.

KIS988 users are required to act with honesty, fairness and responsibility at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Opening or using more than one KIS988 account.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any technical means to manipulate games or the system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the system (e.g., collusion in poker games).
• Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities or system weaknesses for unfair advantage.
• Conducting any form of money laundering through the KIS988 platform.
• Depositing or using funds obtained from illegal activities.
• Using a VPN or any means to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Trading, selling or transferring your KIS988 account to another party.

All content on the KIS988 platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, graphics, text, audio, video and source code, is the exclusive property of KIS988 and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish or modify any platform content without prior written consent from KIS988.
• Use of the KIS988 brand logo or name for commercial or personal purposes without authorization is prohibited.
• Any external links to the KIS988 website must receive prior approval.

Games available on the KIS988 platform are the property of their respective third-party providers and are protected by those providers' copyrights. KIS988 operates as an authorized licensee to distribute these games.

KIS988 strives to ensure our platform operates without interruption and free from technical errors. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available or uninterrupted at all times.

• KIS988 is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of technical disruptions, internet connection failures or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Game results generated by the RNG system are final and cannot be disputed on technical grounds unless there is clear verifiable evidence of a system malfunction.

You have the right to close your KIS988 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within three (3) working days. Prior to closure, all eligible active balances will be settled in accordance with the applicable withdrawal terms.

Once a permanent self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reopened under any circumstances. KIS988 also reserves the right to close or suspend the account of any user found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which KIS988 operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation.

• If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration.
• The language used in all arbitration proceedings shall be Bahasa Melayu or English, as mutually agreed.
• Arbitration decisions are final and binding on both parties.

• Continued use of the KIS988 platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
