The kis988 VIP programme is more than a label — every benefit is designed to deliver real value to your experience.
VIP members enjoy significantly higher cashback rates than standard members. The higher your tier, the more money is automatically returned to your account every week.
From the Gold tier onwards, every kis988 VIP member is assigned a dedicated personal account manager who can be reached directly for any enquiries, special requests, and transaction assistance.
Platinum and Diamond members enjoy priority withdrawal processing. Your funds are processed faster than standard members, ensuring you always have immediate access to your wins.
Platinum and Diamond VIP members will receive personalised gifts prepared specifically according to your preferences and interests — not just game credits, but real gifts you can truly enjoy.
From Gold and above, VIP members are eligible for invitations to exclusive events — including VIP sports tournaments, gala dinners, and special outings organised exclusively for the kis988 VIP community.
Platinum and Diamond members get access to VIP Live Casino tables with higher betting limits, a more personalised atmosphere, and dedicated casino hosts attending to your needs throughout your session.
Your VIP journey begins the moment you register and start playing at kis988.
Registering an account at kis988 is free and fast. Once your account is verified, you are automatically eligible to join the VIP programme and start accumulating qualification points.
Every deposit and wager you make counts towards your VIP points. The more active you are — whether at Live Casino, Sports Betting, or Slots — the faster you move up the tiers.
The kis988 system monitors your activity in real time. Once you reach the qualifying threshold for the next VIP tier, your upgrade is processed automatically — no application required.
Once your new tier is activated, all associated benefits are immediately available in your account. Your personal account manager will reach out to introduce themselves and walk you through the privileges that await.
Ask any experienced player in Malaysia what they look for in an online betting platform, and the answer is almost always the same: it is not just about the odds or the number of games, but about how the platform values their loyalty. This is the foundation on which the VIP programme was built kis988 — a rewards system that truly puts loyal players exactly where they deserve to be.
Since kis988 introduced this tiered VIP program, the response from the Malaysian player community has been overwhelmingly positive. Many have acknowledged that the benefits offered far exceed what they receive on other platforms. This is not about handing out bonus credits loaded with strict conditions and short expiry dates — it is about benefits you can feel directly every time you log in.
The tiered VIP system used by kis988 designed to ensure every player — from casual players to high rollers — receives recognition that matches their commitment. Unlike systems that focus solely on whale players, kis988 ensures that even a Bronze player feels valued with the cashback benefits and priority support they deserve.
Transparency is a core value of the VIP program kis988. Every tier, qualification threshold, and benefit offered is clearly stated. No hidden terms to catch you off guard. No unreasonable conditions. You know exactly what you need to achieve and what awaits you at the end of the journey.
One of the most valued benefits among VIP members kis988 is the weekly cashback. For regular members, losses in a given week simply reduce your account balance. For VIP members, a portion of those net losses is automatically returned to your account every week.
Cashback rates start at 5% for Bronze members and go up to 30% for Diamond members. This means a Diamond member with a net loss of RM 10,000 in a week will receive RM 3,000 credited back to their account — a significant amount that makes a real difference. Cashback is credited directly with no manual claims required.
When you reach Gold tier, you will be introduced to your personal account manager at kis988. This isn't just a general support hotline number — this is an individual who knows your account, understands your game preferences, and is ready to assist with any of your needs.
Your VIP account manager can assist you with a wide range of matters: from ensuring your withdrawals are processed swiftly, requesting special bonuses suited to your playing style, to helping you understand the latest promotions that offer you the most value. For Diamond members, the account manager is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — regardless of working days or public holidays.
A frustration many experienced players have encountered on other platforms is overly restrictive withdrawal limits. Imagine winning big, only to wait days to access your funds due to low daily withdrawal caps. At kis988, VIP Diamond members enjoy unlimited withdrawals — withdraw as much as you want, whenever you want.
For other tiers, withdrawal limits increase significantly compared to standard accounts. Platinum members can withdraw up to RM 100,000 per day, while Gold members can withdraw up to RM 30,000. This provides far greater flexibility compared to the standard limit, which is typically only RM 5,000 per day.
VIP Programme kis988 also encompasses a social dimension rarely offered by other platforms. Gold members and above are eligible for invitations to specially organised exclusive events — from VIP gala nights and friendly golf tournaments to premium sporting matches and visits to top-tier casinos at international destinations.
This is more than just an added bonus — it is recognition that you are part of an exclusive community that kis988 proud to connect with and appreciate. Every event is designed to deliver unforgettable experiences that go far beyond the gaming screen.
With VIP status comes the need for stronger protection. kis988 implements additional security layers for all VIP accounts — including enhanced two-factor authentication, login notifications whenever a new device is used, and real-time account activity monitoring. All your personal data and financial information is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
The privacy of VIP members is strictly protected. Your personal information is never shared with third parties without your consent. Your personal account manager operates under strict confidentiality protocols, ensuring all conversations and transactions remain private and secure.
If you have not yet become a member kis988, there's no better time to start. Every first ringgit you deposit already counts toward your VIP journey. And if you're already a member but haven't reached VIP status yet, review your account activity — you may be closer to Bronze or Silver than you think.
